Different types of Human Body
There are three basic human body types:
- Endomorph, too much body fat
- Mesomorph, well-developed musculature
- Ectomorph, lack of much fat or muscle tissue.
- Endomorph: They can easily store fat in their body. It is tough to get good shaped physic in this body type its a long process for them to get in shape. They can easily put on muscle.
- Mesomorph: They are genetically packed on muscle with low body fat. they can easily gain weight by put on muscle without store too much fat.
- Ectomorph: Their metabolism is too high thats why they can't put weight easily they burn more calorie than they consume. Its too hard to pack on muscle in this body type its a long time process.
