New Year Resolution :)
In the year of July, 2016 when I was 23 yrs old(96 kg. with 28% body fat) I was looking like 30 yrs old man, it was quite normal to listen from my friends and family that stop eating too much junk food but I was a food lover and without eating Biryani or oily food it was too difficult for me to survive a single day.
At the time of September, 2016 when I realize that I am feeling uncomfortable in public because of my heavy weight and too much belly fat, and it was difficult for me to climb the stairs and run like a minute on the field. i started feeling breathing problem with a little heavy work, but I didn't stop eating junk food.
31st December, 2016 was my last day of eating junk food on daily basis. As a New Year Resolution I started my new life Health and Fitness. 1st January 2017 to till today I am following my diet and workout plan on daily basis and enjoying my new life.
Diet 70% Exercise 30%
Now I am 80 kg. with 16% body fat. It is a long process so if you are trying to achieve this goal stay with me I will tell you all the secrets on Health and Fitness, till then bye :)
