Post-Workout Shake

  1. Milk 300 ml. protein 10 g
  2. Oats 25 g protein 3 g
  3. Banana one large 
  4. Peanut one handful 28 g protein 8 g

Total Calorie 450, Carb 35 g  protein 21 g and Fat 15 g.

How to make:

Add oats and peanut into the blender and blend it for 30 sec, the add milk and banana into it and blend it for at least 2 min and then drink. It is easy and it will give you good amount of carb and protein after workout.
