How to calculate your Daily Intake of Protein

       Protein is very essential nutrition for your body to lose fat and gain muscle but too much protein also very dangerous for your body and  Causes kidney Failure. 

       The DRI (Dietary Reference Intake) is 56 grams per day for the average sedentary man. 46 grams per day for the average sedentary woman.( No Workout )

       But when you are in body building its depend on your Workout and your goal......



       Now question is how much protein you should eat???????

       This is for who want to gain muscle and lose fat 

       Your body weight(in pound) x .75 = Protein Intake

       180 lbs or pound  x  .75 = 135 g protein Everyday


       I will recommend you do not go with supplements and spend a lot of money on it gain your weight or lose fat from natural food will give you good health... :)
